Gardenplex
We want to bring comfort and well-being to people's lives by designing beautiful homes that foster social connection, use space in novel ways, and champion sustainability.With our fresh take on housing, we plug shared amenities and a courtyard into a four-unit building. The result combines the leisure of garden apartments with the scale of a quadruplex. We call it a Gardenplex, and we'd love for you to check it out.
Private Sanctuary, Shared Luxury
Gardenplexes are designed to balance private homelife and community connection. The building's fully-appointed residences offer personal havens, while shared spaces are down the hall for you to enjoy whenever you wish to socialize, entertain, or enjoy comforts made possible by splitting costs with neighbors (gym, spa, guest suite, workshop...). Since everything is under one roof, you can navigate between experiences without even putting your shoes on.

Portland and Beaverton
We're building Gardenplexes in neighborhoods within Portland and Beaverton, Oregon, that offer the best blends of historical charm and modern convenience. These areas are known for their beautiful, tree-lined streets, distinct architecture, and strong sense of community.Residents enjoy a walkable lifestyle, with easy access to local shops, cafes, and parks. Our hope is that the character of your neighborhood will reflect the design of your home, with each providing a peaceful atmosphere and close connections to amenities and opportunities for engagement.
Building Plans
Formal plans will be available soon, but gardenplexes will be constructed as a four-unit buildings with centralized shared space (think Cohousing on a single-lot scale). The aesthetics will draw from mid-century architecture (think Eichler homes).
